A safer entry rule involves waiting for RSI to drop below 30 and then cross back above 30, signaling that selling momentum is actively waning. Alternatively, during an established macro uptrend, a good RSI level to buy is often a pullback to the 40–50 support zone, where buyers consistently step in to resume the dominant trend.
